Have An Attitude of Gratitude
Graduates return to OSS with an attitude - an attitude of gratitude! Alumnae recently gathered to enjoy a buffet dinner and share stories of ambition, determination and accomplishment at the schools they currently attend, including New Bedford Vocational Technical High School, Tabor Academy, Bishop Stang, Milton Academy and other secondary schools. Amaya (OSS '14) and Ava (OSS '16), pictured above, are thriving at St. Andrew's School and St. George's School where they receive full scholarships.
Our alumnae are grateful for the solid educational foundation experienced at OSS. They appreciate their former teachers' devotion, and they're especially thankful for middle school friendships that continue through college. Jaeliana, above left, attends UMass Dartmouth, and Tashiana, center, is at Roger Williams University. Tampson, right, is in the honors program at Salem State University. Members of the OSS class of 2012, these proud Sister Sailors once dreamed of graduating from high school and going to college. No wonder they have an attitude!
